Catering Staff / Driver – Très LA Group
Part-Time | Thursday–Sunday Availability Required

Très LA is a high-volume, fine dining catering company in Los Angeles known for exceptional service and sophisticated events. We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented Catering Staff/Drivers to join our team. Ideal candidates are experienced with large vehicles (vans, trucks, etc.) and thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments.

About the Role

This hybrid position combines driving duties with event support. You’ll transport food, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently while maintaining clean, well-stocked vehicles. At events, you may assist as a Server, Bartender, or Event Cook depending on experience and need.

Responsibilities

  • Drive company vans/trucks to event sites and kitchens

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and replenish supplies (fuel, water, soap, etc.)

  • Follow all traffic laws and company driving protocols

  • Load/unload food, equipment, and event materials

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and service as needed

  • Ensure food safety standards during transport

  • Communicate proactively with team members about timing, delays, and needs

  • Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years relevant experience preferred

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Comfortable with physical labor in varying weather conditions

  • Able to work independently while maintaining high standards

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Requirements

  • Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record

  • California Food Handler’s Card (ANSI-certified)

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Availability Thursday through Sunday

  • Non-slip shoes and adherence to PPE requirements
