Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with complete set-up and breakdown of dining room
- Greet guests with sincere kindness and professionalism
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Clear tables and clean event areas during and after functions.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
- Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations
- Assist guests with any special requests or needs.
- Provide information about the menu and beverages.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person
- Accomplish high levels of service while meeting the standards of Tres LA's service expectations
