Très LA is a hospitality group with over 20 years of experience producing sophisticated, high-end events throughout Los Angeles. Our award-winning catering is recognized for delivering not only exceptional food, but also unmatched service grounded in precision, warmth, and professionalism.

We are currently seeking experienced, service-minded Event Servers to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in refined service, thrive in dynamic event environments, and understand that excellence in hospitality is what sets an experience apart.

Shifts may range from 1 to 5 events per month, with additional opportunities based on availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute proper dining room setup and breakdown with attention to detail

• Greet guests with professionalism, polish, and genuine warmth

• Serve food and beverages with efficiency and grace

• Maintain clean and organized work and guest areas throughout service

• Anticipate guest needs and go above expectations with care and attentiveness

• Handle special requests, allergies, and dietary needs with accuracy and discretion

• Communicate clearly with event captains, chefs, and fellow team members

• Maintain alignment with Très LA’s fine dining service standards at all times

Skills & Qualifications

• Background in fine dining, catering, or upscale hospitality preferred

• Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration

• Confident knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails

• Composure and adaptability in fast-paced or high-pressure environments

• Poised, professional appearance and body language

• Excellent time management and a natural sense of urgency

• Ability to move through event spaces with discretion and elegance

• Working knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and service tools

Requirements

• Valid California Food Handler’s Card

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
